Absolutely. When required, the process is smooth from scheduling inspections all the way to a completed Certificate of Occupancy (COO).

Yes — I handle everything myself. The only trade I subcontract is countertop fabrication, handled by a trusted specialist.

Yes — standard 2-year workmanship warranty per Arizona state standards. I've also gone back to address issues for past clients beyond that period.

Zip walls, dust containment, floor mats, and carpet protection throughout. The only sign I'm there is the sound of work from the project area.

Absolutely. If you've already purchased tile, fixtures, or anything else, we'll work with what you have.
